1. Digital Products Policy

At PosterGen, we offer digital products in the form of poster generation credits and high-resolution digital image downloads. Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

2. Credit Purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of unused poster credits within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period"). If you request a refund within this period for unused credits, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: By using a credit to generate and download a poster within the 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly consent to us providing the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that specific credit.

3. Generated Posters

Once a poster has been generated and downloaded, it is considered a completed digital service. We generally do not offer refunds for downloaded posters unless:

  • The image file is corrupted or technically defective.
  • Our system failed to render the poster correctly due to a technical bug on our platform (not due to poor quality user uploads).

4. Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with a generated poster due to our AI's performance or a technical error, please contact us within 24 hours of generation. We review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement credit rather than a cash refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@tekspert.co.uk with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for the refund request
  • (If applicable) The corrupted or defective poster file

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
