These Subscription Terms apply to any user who signs up for a recurring billing plan, enterprise plan, or volume subscription ("Subscription") with PosterGen. These terms are supplementary to our general Terms of Service.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to recurring billing. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your choice) unless cancelled. We will charge the payment method on file on the renewal date.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Subscription benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change our Subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your Subscription before the price change takes effect.
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not successfully processed within 7 days of the renewal date, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account to the free tier until payment is resolved.
