What a network gets

  • Your artwork, your layout

    Upload up to three finished poster designs and mark where the creator names, profile pictures, date and call to action sit. Those anchors are the only thing your creators change.

  • Unlimited creators

    Invite creators by email from inside the platform, and appoint extra network admins to help run it. Creators who already have a PosterGen account keep it — nothing is duplicated.

  • The network owns the posters

    Everything your creators make belongs to the network, not to the individual, so a creator leaving never takes the artwork with them.

  • One monthly invoice

    One subscription covers the whole network. No per-creator seats, no credit top-ups for the people making the posters.

What happens after 200 posters on Standard

The allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UK time) and does not roll over. When it reaches zero, poster number 201 is blocked rather than billed: nothing is ever charged to your card automatically. You then choose — buy a top-up bundle at £0.50 a poster inc. VAT, or move to Unlimited. Everything already made stays downloadable either way.
